I have one issue. Customer wants to be able to transfer or open incident and sometimes they want to set group on ticket, and then set up assignee that is not member of group.
I use Service Desk 14.1, and customer says this was working on older version (12.6).
Is this possible to do, maybe change some code on forms, something like that?
Because when I choose group, and then go to assignee that is not member of group, the group field gets blank.
Also when choose assignee, and then choose group that is not connected with assignee, the assignee is removed.
This is very important to customer so I would like to find solution for this.
