  • 1.  Jaspersoft Project story board report issue

    Hello,

    Jaspersoft Project story board report getting the below error. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this.

     

     

    steps i tried: All custom attributes in investment object and status report object are included in Load datawarehouse job .

    Ran the Datawarehouse job with full load.

    Hi Puneeth,

     

    This happens when the Report Status key does not get carried properly to Data Warehouse.

     

    To fix this, please do the following:

     

    1. Connect to Clarity PPM - Administration - Objects
    2. Open Status Report object - Attributes
    3. Open attribute Report Status
    4. Uncheck Report Status from Data Warehouse
    5. Run Load Data Warehouse - Full Load
    6. Now go back to Status Report - Attributes
    7. Check Report Status for Data Warehouse
    8. Run Load Data Warehouse - Full Load
