Using Workstation/Director. Want to see all appls. Using subscribe no filter. Not displaying all apps that were loaded today. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
Right-click the server name and choose "Show the Current Subscription" and make sure that the pop-up says "The current subscription on the <servername> is: everyting.
Then (and I hate to assume this) ensure that the + sign next to the server has been clicked so that all the apps roll down.
Also, try clicking the "Locate" button and seeing if you can find a specific job that way.
Can you tell us what you CAN see? Is it possible that there were applications that cleaned up from the schedule before you loaded Workstation when you did?
I am able to view appls from previous days. The one appl in particular I was trying to view ran a few days last week and this morning.
So do you see the previous generations and not today's?
No ---- I am not able to see anything for the appl inworkstation. However, when I use the mainframe, the appl from today andsome days last week is available there.
What is the release and build level of your ESP Workstation?
CA Workload Automation Workstation EE
Version 11.3, Build 76
Is it possible for you to try a more recent build to see if the problem goes away because that is a very old build. The most current build is 104.
I will try it and let you know. It will be tomorrow morning.
John and Jonathan, thanks for your suggestions. I found I did not have Subscribe to Completed Applications checked under Option in Workstation. Everything is working fine now.
