We are experiencing problems with domsrvr.exe since our upgrade to 14.1 SDM. We had the issue back in 12.7, but it seemed to be less frequent than it has become in 14.1. SDM GUI goes into forever wait states on certain web engines, "Delayed Server Response". We know this has something to do with a confused/corrupted domsrvr.exe and CA's only fix is to restart either the domsrvr or SD entirely. Jon Israel posed a possible fix for SREL_BLOCKS_TIMEOUT a long time ago, for 12.6. Can we try this: pdm_options_mgr -c -s SREL_BLOCKS_TIMEOUT -v 30 -a pdm_option.inst, in the 14.1 code? Just to see if makes any difference?
Does any other customer experience this phenomenon and if so....would CA be willing to write a "flush" routine for domsrvr.exe, such that we don't have to kill the exe or restart SDM everytime this happens?
