  • 1.  Webi report throwing error in Clarity

    Hello Experts,

     

    We are having a situation where a Web intelligence report is running successfully in BO and throwing the following error when running the same in clarity.

    ErrorRPT-0007: Specified report did not execute properly.

     

    so when  I check the history in BO .There getting an exeption like :-

    An internal error occured while calling 'answerPrompts' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)

     

    Note :- We imported this report to the server using import wizard. All the other Webi reports are working perfect in the environment.

     

    Please provide a solution ..We are stuck

    Hello Sreejith,

     

    Please perform the following steps:

     

    A) Make a copy of the same report

    B) Save the report again with different name

    C) recreate the report definition in Clarity

    D) run the report

    E) Also can you check if the report and the other reports that work are going against the same universe ?

    F) Also if you are using IE 11, just for the test use earlier version of IE or test with Chrome.

    Please update the findings, or you can create the ticket in our support and we can perform the WebEx
