Hi Oscar, I am not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. Is it that you want a popup to come up for analysts whenever a new case is opened for their group or team? If so, I dont think this is possible currently in the product.
Yes, this is exactly what I need, or a pop up appears for the analyst only. This is not possible too ?
Jon has it right, this is not a feature that currently exists. I'd recommend creating a new "Idea" to see if this functionality can be introduced in a future release.

You can eventually archive that with some customizations but by experience your servicedesk may think a smart idea right knowto help focus on their queue but after implementation they will mostly turn back as this can start to be very annoying for them specially in rush hours where they can start eventually to get a lot of popup.
So I suggest to think twice on this
