  • 1.  Error retrieving users form Ca Directory on CA Gateway Policy manager

    I have installed the latest CA Directory version and created a DSA using the dxnewdsa command

    Aftwards I accesd the DSA using JXplorer, and sucessfully created a inetOrgPerson

    Wehn I try to read the directory on the CA Gateway policy manager, it keeps telling me that no users could be retrieved

    Are you specifying the proper dsa port on your connection entry?

     

    Also, are you using the full DN syntax to identify the user and the proper root DIT of your ldap.

     

    Please post your connection parameters to assist better. Make sure you can telnet to the dsa port from the policy manager box.

    Try set property "uid" in your inetOrgPerson in the directory. The API Gateway needs "uid" to find users on the directory.
