  • 1.  Problem with stored query and scoreboard view

    Hello Community,

     

    I'm using a SDM 14.1 in CUM 2.

     

    I created a node in my scoreboard for Analyst Level 1 with this query:

     

    •   assignee = @cnt.id AND macro_predicted_violation = 1

     

    When i go to the analyst view and select this node so i can see all the tickets that adjusts to this filter and my view is the following:

     

     

    That's what i see. I've recycle the services, ran the pdm_webcache, clean the cache in the explorer. This happens in explorer and in google chrome.

     

     

    Anyone has seen something like it?

    Hi Jason,

     

    What record type is this supposed to filter too?  I think you need to add AND type = '\I'\ if this is meant for Incident.  Change the type to R or P for Request or Problem.
