  • 1.  Looking for Introscope Tuxedo PowerPack

    Does anyone know where I can get Tuxedo PP for Linux WebLogic platform along with detail documentation?

     

    Currently we have app owner looking for Tuxedo metric and all I've done so far is provided JOLT metric. I would like to know if there is further configuration available that could help me provide them with Tuxedo metrics.

     

    We are on APM 10.1 and Introscope Java Agent v9.5.5 and v10.1

    We haven't supported Tuxedo OOTB in a long time. We do have some field solutions and there may be a GD PWP.

    Not sure if I'd call this a "correct answer" but definitely a "helpful reply".....lol

     

    So, what is GD PWP? How do I go about getting an official "CA Supported" solution on Tuxedo

    Global Delivery Package Work Product. Which means it's a paid add-on and is fully supported by our GD team.
