I have successfully installed CA BI4.1 sp3 with Service desk, but when I go to the report tab I get the error saying : An error occurred: Could not find the document.
My problem is solved now.I have uninstalled BI and installed it again and it worked .
This could be related to the user who does not have permissions to view the report or the folder containing the report. I would suggest you to try narrowing down the issue by doing the following:
1) Check if you are able to run the reports from BI LaunchPad
2) Try testing with different users and see the results

I tried using administrator account under the CA reports it is written on items
Since you cannot see and run the reports in BI Launch Pad, then we need to focus on this issue first. Once is solved then you can see if the problem with the integration with SDM remains.
I cannot see the reports in the screenshot so I would recommend you to run the CABI configuration for SDM again. This will log the details in the biconfig folder under your TEMP folder to check if any problem (Run > %TEMP%).
If the issue remains, please provide the biconfig.txt for further analysis.
Hi, did you imported your reports from the 3.X version? You can do this using the Upgrade Management Tool. Because it seems that there are no reports there. Verify the reports and the reports path in your previous 3.x environment.
