    Hi Jose

That process hmagent.exe is tied to CA Client Automation Health monitoring. Did you configure this ? if you want to stop and disable the process

    you could issue these commands

    caf stop

    sc stop hmagent

    sc config hmagent start=disabled

    caf start

This will stop and disable the service.

Also have a look at chapter 9 of the CA Client Automation Implementation guide and verify how you setup the health monitoring policy etc.

    Thanks

    Joe

    Good afternoon Joseph

    Thanks for your reply.

It is clear that this process is the Health Monitor , and information to disable the agent, and was known to me.

The question is based on the implementation of the HM in my company , as in other different companies in my country the same has happened with this process at some stations after implementing infrastructure HM .

If HM disable the agent will not be able to automatically upload the agents.

    Thank you very much.

PS: I still hear new solutions to the problem.

    Hi Jose

I would recommend you raise a support case for this so we can troubleshoot why you are seeing this cpu usage on hmagent.exe

    regards
