Hello guys,


I wonder if anyone here has had contact Service Desk integration - CA solutions for monitoring, as the UIM to share with me the experience and point out how these integrations occur through events fired a solution that reflected in the Service Desk.


There is some material that can help me understand how the service desk is "triggering" events that could open calls in the same coming from other solutions, for example?
