Is anyone using the CA Service Management mobile app to successfully connect to USS and use the functionality?
we have it setup against USS and this is working as designed.
However we don't see a large adoption from the end user mostly due to the reduced functionalities available there either if this is a big improvement to connect to USS vs. SDM only. To be fair I also need to say that we don't have market it well to them and will mostly need to campaign it.
