Export the results of Parent Category in CA Service Desk

Hi Team,


When we search for the request/incident for a particular request/incident area, it is not possible to select a category, if it has a sub-category (in Filter option). Client requirement is to search for all the requests/incidents belonging to all the sub-categories in a particular parent category so that he can export the results.


Kindly provide the solution for this.
