I have some question related to booking manager in resource requisition:

1. While creating the requisition when A resource is selected as booking manger then requisition goes to booking manger for approval. and booking manger is notified with a link to see the requisition. after opening this link booking manger is not getting option to propose or book the resources. what rights needs to be given to booking manager for this.

but if this booking manger also resource manger of that particular resource then he is getting the option to propose or book the resource. so is it mandatory for booking manger  to have all the resource manager basic rights for completing the resource requisition process successfully?

2. If no default booking manager is defined, then how it is determined by staffing requirement OBS  and staffing requirement role.

3. Can we make the booking manager field non editable on create requisition page?

The following rights are required:

Project - Create/Edit Requisitions - All

Allows user to create and edit all requisitions. This right includes the right to navigate to the requisition pages.

Project - View Requisitions - All

Allows user to view all requisitions, but not the individual requisition entries.

Resource - Hard Book - All

Allows user to Soft or Hard book all resources to an investment that the user has been granted view management rights.

Resource - Soft Book - All

Allows user to Soft book all resources to an investment that the user has been granted view management rights.
