Enrique Suarez del Real,
I have found that setting up the database connection using ODBC works best. I learned that CA BI 4.1 works best if you create both a 32bit and 64bit ODBC connection named the same.
Example XML File:
<biar-file name="C:/Users/Administrator/Desktop/ReportPackages/MSSQL/CA_Privileged_Identity_Manager_MSSQL.biar">
<networklayer>ODBC</networklayer>
<rdbms>Generic ODBC datasource</rdbms>
<username>ACDBO</username>
<password>P@SSWORD</password>
<datasource>ODBC_CONNECTION_NAME</datasource>
<server> </server>
</biar-file>
The server line can list the server or be a space. It cannot be blank as the biconfig.bat will error but this field is not used on import.
Thanks,
