I have downloaded your application on my mobile for OTP for bank but OTP is not supporting what may be the problem.

On CA Single Sign-On, we have the OTP functionality

in the Advance Password Services (APS). But it doesn't requires

specific application to be installed on the client (mobile).

Could you precise us which production you mean ?

I assume you are referring to the CA Mobile OTP client for Advanced Auth, can you explain the problem so i can help with you that. What did you meant by OTP not supporting?
