One of our user is not able to see project filter in the system, but user is able see in some other system.
What could be the reason any idea please share.
For referenece attaching the snapshot
Could be corrupt user view.
If the user has Actions > Configure available go to the filter section make a change, save, revert to what is was and save again.
This issue is happening only in 1 system not in other system.
When same user access other system it is working fine – where user is able to see filter in project.
Is there any settings we can try out in that system or you still think it is user filter corruption issue.
Can you ask the user to clear browser caches, reboot the system, clear %temp% area ?

We already tried removing all cache but no luck.
For restoring to default, we will give a try and let you know in the system where user is able to see the filter

Restoring to default should clear any corruption in user configuration of the view.
I would suggest having others users try to access the problem server. If nothing else works, restart the application on that server - I have seen that clear problems.
Can they see the Options icon? if so, have you tried Options -> General -> restore defaults?
We will be trying option to restore to default and see if it works.
