from the Resource requistions page I wanted to create a link to resource allocations page as there is no existing link to do so.

So when I try to create a new link from Requistions Object and go to linking tab and then create a link with Link name, link Id, Action and resource ID

So for the Action I Chose the Link to Resource Projects and for the Resoruce ID I chose Object Internal ID, but what is see is not what I expected.

When I click on the link from Requisitions page I get redirected to the same page but the data is not appropriate.

I get redirected to the below link

http://dc2ccpv01/niku/nu#action:projmgr.getResourceProjectObjectList&id=5000015

But what I expect is this

http://dc2ccpv01/niku/nu#action:projmgr.getResourceProjectObjectList&id=5034002&object_code=resource&reload=true

Can anyone help me out with this?

I imagine that the "Object Internal ID" (that you have chosen in your link mapping) is the requisition object id and not the resource object id.
