We have implemented CA SDM 14.1.02 on windows server 2012 R2 (upgraded from 12.6). Sometimes it happens that users are not being able to search for a knowledge document. The search results nowhere match the searching criteria. At that time, if a user creates and publish a new knowledge document, it's indexing status shows 'pending'. To resolve the issue, we restart the CA SDM primary service. After service restart, users are able to search correctly.
What could be the reason for the searching failure?
