Hi, there is any way to Fill a property of Change Order using an Operator in PAM,
I must use SOAP operator or can I use Create Change Order operator.
Hi, If you are using SOAP operator to create your change order, then the sequence of your string values is the same sequence that will be used by servicedesk properties on the change order.
so if you have three properties sequence 10,20,30, you can code your properties as like this.
<!--1 or more repetitions:-->
If you are still having issues add properties, please post you SOAP message.
I don't think the "Create Change Order" operator makes any allowance for properties. You will have to use the SOAP operator.
Hi, thanks but wich is the object to edit
Hi, please the example of how to create a change order with properties below, the text in bold passes one property to the change order, if you have more than one property just add more strings with the value you want to pass to the property.
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ser="http://www.ca.com/UnicenterServicePlus/ServiceDesk">
you can use both soap web services also operator to add property. In create change operator on right hand side you have option by service desk input parameter. you need to add field name which you need to update with values to it. field name should be db field name. For example as shown below
Hi, thanks for the answer, I tried using "propertie" but not working. the properties have a sequence, and I dont know how to make the relationship.
