Need to check configuration of the devices configuration having  user name starts other than the below mentioned through NCM policy, Could you able to help me how we can create this policy 

username abc123

username acb456

Eg:- from the device configuration :- Not Include (username abc123 OR username acb456) and strat with (username.*)

How we can use regular expression like AND or OR condition

There is currently no support for conditionals, but there is an enhancement request to add that.
  NCM policies - add support for if, and, and or within multi-line blocks
