My customer would like to create an AD account for an IDM user, copying from another AD account
I know it's possible from Provisioning Manager GUI
Is it possible from IdM Web GUI ?

Hi Giovanni,
Yes. It's possible. There is an option from IDM web UI to create a user from a copy. What this means is that you copy their attribute values. So, assuming you have the business logic in place (including PX policies, provisioning role assignments etc etc ) then the result should be that they will have same accounts like the one that is being copied.

No, only from the provisioning manager. That kind of functionality was not incorporated in the user console and unlikely it ever will be as we encourage customers to always create the accounts via roles and templates.
