    We have customized a bunch of attributes and would like to see these in a particular order.  How do we change the sort order on the applications attribute page within CA PPM 14.3?

    Hi,

     

    Do you mean arranging Custom Attributes alphabetically on the Application page that belong to a particular Object/Sub-object/Custom Object? If yes, you can do this on the Admin side by going to that particular Object Views Layout (Create/Edit) and then select the Properties icon within the required Section. By default, all the Attributes are arranged in an alphabetical order within the Available column. You can select the Attributes that you would like to see on the Application page in an alphabetical order.

    We missed clicking on the properties and layout button.  This did the trick.  Appreciate the help.
