Discovery Wizard not showing profiles

Hello Guys,

 

Can you throw some light on this issue.

 

When we launch the discovery wizard and select the discovery agent (problem with few discovery agents pointed to Hub 1), it doesn't show up the profiles but throw the below error.

 

Unable to acquire version information. Please check discovery agent and try again.

 

The other issue is, when we select discovery agent (Pointed to Hub 2) and start the discovery, it just pops up the below error message.

 

An error occured while starting discovery on. Please check the agent status and try again.

 

Any one faced the similar issues. We are on version 8.2
