  • 1.  Is there anyway I can display content of a text file to user?

There is a requirement from our user to display content of a text file after the deployment. At the moment users have to logon to each server after the deployment to verify the output of the scripts.

Just wondering if anyone has successfully done this before?

    Kind Regards

If they know what is the expected output they can add action to verify the output automatically - so there is no need to manually login to each server and check the output.

In case they still want to look at the output they can extract the relevant part from the log on each server and store into parameter and then use the action "Log to File on Center Machine" to populate single file with all servers output.

Now they can send this file in email or just login to the NAC to verify the file content.

next to the things jacky mentioned, we handle this stuff simply with a network share folder where we save the logs.

the folder structure is like this:

    Application Name/Project/Environment/Deployment ID-Deployment Name/Hostname
