  • 1.  Spectrum Mobile App- troubleshooters issue

    Hi All,

     

    There is any limitations in Spectrum mobile app for troubleshooters? In Spectrum OC i have 40 + Troubleshooters ,however in app i can see only 5 troubleshooters.Kindly help .

    Do you have a distributed SpectroSERVER setup? Are the troubleshooters on one server or on all servers?

    Yes it is DSS,and troubleshooters is on all servers
