  • 1.  Is it possible  to connect to apache Hive from CA lisa 7.5.2?

    I am preparing a automation test case for a banking application in Lisa 7.5.2 where the application picks up data from Apache Hive data base. So I am trying to know how to connect to Apache Hive from Lisa

    Hi Sahana,

     

    I have moved your question to the DevTest community since you're talking about making automation tests with Lisa 7.5.2 - not deployment related workflows in CA Release Automation which is where the question was originally posted.

    It is possible to extend LISA 7.5.2 to connect to 3rd party applications like Apache Hive. It requires custom code. We recommend reaching out to CA Services to help build the extension.
