When am trying to save a search it is giving below error. It is 14.1 AA setup.
Search Filter 'XXXX' Save Failed: AHD04116:A duplicate record was encountered. Insert or Update failed.
Please try running pdm_key_refresh -y in the SDM Server and then try again
as the error say did you check if you have any duplicate or try to save with another name?
do this happen for any you try or only a specific one?
for simple curiosity and educational, can you elaborate on how the pdm_key_refresh will fix the problem?
will the ID sequence keep in cache and therefore been consider duplicate?

The function of this command is to refresh the cache for the next set of available IDs (or key values) for each object.
When running this command, the data in the Key Control table will be dropped, and then when the first attempt to create a record for an object is made, the system will create a row for that object in the Key Control table based on the highest current ID (or key value) on the database MDB table for that object.

I'm not sure if I saw an answer to Jerome's question about - "Is the problem happening for ANY random name for the Search name"?
I'm guessing you wont have casupport_raghu_saved_search as the name, maybe try that and see?
