Looking to update some probes like CDM and get some new like snmpcollect. Keep getting asked for username and password. Nothing I have works. Any idea who I need to contact?
That username/password combo is the one you use to login to support.nimsoft.com.
Do you have one of those?
If you need to reset the password or request new access, open a ticket through the support.ca.com website per usual.
In the issue description, mention that you need to update or request access to a support.nimsoft.com account.
The ticket will be assigned to an UIM Support engineer who will transfer it to the appropriate team.

Downloading CA UIM Probes
Thanks. I know how to access the archive, and get the probes. What I need to know is how I can get an ID and password that will allow me to do it. I’ve tried the ID and password I use to access other parts of CA support, but that doesn’t work.
