Service Desk Manager 12.6
Since yesterday I keep on getting records in the Animator table with a negative id, eg. -2147483564
I don't see this on any of our other implementations, eg. development, qa, etc.
Have anybody come across this before?
Removed replication between primary database and replicated database.
Will setup replication again.
Seems like there was a "clash" between the production and the replicated database.
(I have converted this Discussion to a Question.)
This seems to be a fault that should be looked into promptly. I recommend a CA Support ticket if you can, although this product is now past its life date and would need Extended Support.
Be sure that you keep your recent database backups. Make sure that they are not overwritten - just in case you need to go back to them. And make sure that you have a backup now. This is a "just in case of the worst" suggestion.
Great! Was a database thing then.
Flagging this thread as answered.
By curiousity, you was using merge replication?(I suppose) or did that happen on transactional?
