Transfer Count and SLA Stopped

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement, in which

Current Value of Group on Ticket :- Group A

Next Value of Group on Ticket:- Group B, Group C

Question 1:- I want to calculate total no. (count of) transfer of ticket to any group (for example Group B).

Question 2:- SLA clock need to be stopped upon transfer of ticket to any other group (Group B or Group C) and resume when group change to old group value  (Group A)

 

Please suggest, if it is possible.
