Is there a way to have the "casdgtw (CA ServiceDesk Gateway)" create a Request instead of an Incident? I have a customer requiring to have alarms create a Request instead of a Incident.
I have one possible solution but I am not sure if it will cause other issue. This option is to have PAM update the type value to R on create of the Incident by the gateway.
If anyone has any thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.
