  • 1.  Oauth manager is down

    Team, I could not able to open  Oauth Manager in stage environment, its saying "Service Temporarily Unavailable", its working fine in other environments where we have same configuration on all the environments.

     

    Any idea's what could be the issue.

    This is typically caused by the 'Apply Rate Limit' assertion in the oauth/manager endpoint. You may want to try increasing the values specified in this assertion (or temporarily disabling it to confirm).

     

    If the problem persists I would suggest reviewing the SSG log. If you can reproduce this and post a snippet we can review further.

    It worked after increasing the value for  'Apply Rate Limit' assertion in the oauth/manager endpoint.
