Getting two initial notification

Hi All,

 

     When we are creating a ticket for a particular category, we are getting two initial notification. It is really strange to me. I checked notification history also. It is showing only one instance over there. SO why am I getting multiple notification for the same ticket.

Has anyone faced it before. I am clueless. Any idea will be appreciable.
