We have SDM 12.7 integrated with Spectrum 9.3 in our environment.
We are frequently facing issues in auto closure of spectrum generated tickets in service desk.
We are observing an error in stdlog on spectrum one click server as below:
"Error occurred while closing a Service Desk ticket. AHD03303:Error retrieving Function Access due to an invalid handle or factory".
Also, spectrum abruptly stopped generating alarms/tickets during period 11:56 PM on 09 June to 5:26 AM on 10 June.
We tried restarting service desk server manager service as well as spectrum tomcat service. The issue temporarily gets resolved but after some period it occurs again.
Also, in connection status console, its is showing status of one of the landscape event service as "Down".
Can anyone guide us to resolve this issue at earliest.
