Xog Not Identifying the UserName.

We have inserted the Users to On Demand portal through an automated process odum, which takes firstName, lastName, displayName and EmailId.  The users were successfully added.

After insertion, we are trying to update the relevant information to the user such as Manager User Name,

hireDate, Financial Information and others through xog. When we ran the xog process, we are getting an error message stating that, "user name not found", cross verified the emailId entered in the odum process and the username both are same.

Could you please help us in knowing why this issue is occurring and any solution to over come this issue.

Extracts.
