We have integrated uim with sdm. Tickets are successfully creating on servicedesk. Our requirement is to when the alarm clear on nimsoft, the ticket should automatically close. How can we do this? Please guide

When you take the probes configuration and look for the "Owning System" (first screen, a little bit under the TEST button) and set this field to: "Nimsoft Monitor" and recycle the probe.
ok you mean in CASDGTW probe i will find Owning System...and when i select Nimsoft Monitor then nimsoft ticket will auto close when alarm acknowledge...am i right?
i am now trying this and get back to you if any concern ...
I changed owening system to Nimsoft Monitor and restart the probe. But still i can see the ticket is open in sdm even when the alarm is acknowledged?
is there anything more to do ? in nimsft or at sdm end?
Can you try the following if this helps:
Go to raw configure of the casdgtw probe and add the keys:
subscribe_alarm_closure = 1
subscribe_alarm_updates = 1
restart the probe.

In Infrastructure Manager, select the casdgtw probe on the robot. Hold the 'ctrl' key and when you right click you will see 'raw configure' (this is a sort of regedit of the configuration settings)
