Hi All,

We are planning to move Business Objects server from 2008 to 2012 server.

So we are going to install BO in 2012, I was searching for BOXI Release 3.1 SP7, i.e., CABI Release 3.3 SP2 full installation files. I could not find in support site. Could you please share the location where can I get full installation files instead of Patch.

We tried to install it in 2 steps, this didn't work we got error..

1. Install BOXI Release 3.1 SP5

2. Apply the patch for SP7

Error: The Central Management Server failed to start. Press 'Retry to attempt to start it again, or 'Cancel' to skip any actions dependent on the Central Management Server. STW00213

Any idea how to proceed???

The full downloadable is not there and its provided in this location

2. Download and install Service Pack 2 on the CABI Release 3.3 installation.

a. Download the CABI Release 3.3 Service Pack 2 and the Release Notes from the CA FTP site:

Windows:

ftp://ftp.ca.com/caproducts/CABI/CABI-3.x/boeXIR3_SP7/Windows/

Note: Download both the zip file and the CABI 3.3 SP2 Release Notes.

Linux:

ftp://ftp.ca.com/caproducts/CABI/CABI-3.x/boeXIR3_SP7/Linux/

I started downloading, will use it. - Have you used it previously to perform fresh installation??

When I saw the size of the file it was 2.75 GB - thought it was only patch SP7

Hi Giri,

That is the SP7, I installed the base CABI from CA PPM Product Download and then applied the SP7 and its working, however I have a different OS.

Search for error code STW00213 and you will find the information.

I am getting the same error, but the "fix" does not apply, as I am installing it on D:\CA\SC\...

I'm installing cabi 3.3 with SQL DB.

any other suggestions that may help?
