Timeout to start a process

Hi,

Our integration uses CA_IT_PAM_Utilities to call PAM process. We got timeout error when we tried to start a process. It seems the utility uses axis2 to call the SOAP web service and hit this issue. Any suggestion how to solve it?

Our code is:

ItpamWebServiceClientFactory itpamWSClientFactory = new ItpamWebServiceClientFactory();

ItpamWebServiceClient client = itpamWSClientFactory.getInstanceOf(ITPAM_VERSION, ITPAM_URI,

ITPAM_USER, ITPAM_PASSWORD);

try {

Long procID = client.startProcess(TASK_SECONDARY, prop, null, null, null, null);

log.info("Task Secondary process successful " + procID);

} catch (Exception e) { //Got timeout exception here

log.error(MessageUtil.getUSMessage("pam.process.error", TASK_SECONDARY, e.getMessage()), e);

throw new ServiceException(-3002, MessageUtil.getUSMessage("pam.process.error",

TASK_SECONDARY, e.getMessage()), e);

}

Thanks

Yang
