we are trying to integrate CA APM with some other tool. so i wanted to add a java parameter inside CA APM EM startup script.
Can any one advise me?
Do NOT install an agent (CA APM or otherwise) in your EM parameters.
It's not supported and unnecessary when the EM provides you with a number of supportability metrics.
So if a UNIX system, you would add to the JVM argument to the .lax file.or Windows to the wrapper or Windows Service. Once you find the appropriate line, just add on the appropriate argument.
Based on Hiko's comments may we marked this as closed or are there any followup questions?
Thanks marking as closed
