Are there any recommendations for running antivirus software on server with PAM? I found article TEC581795 for Service Desk. I have no luck to find a similar article for PAM.

Please review the knowledge document "CA Process automation folders to exclude from Virus scan and other activities that lock files."

Please exclude the following folders from any activities that will lock the files while the Orchestrator is running:

1. Orchestrator Engine Folder:
   <pam_install_dir>\server\c2o\
3. Script file Temporary directory. Review the <pam_install_dir>\server\c2o\.config\OasisConfig.properties file and look for the directory specified for scripts.tmpDir.
   Exclude this directory, or with the Orchestrator engine stopped, modify this setting in the OasisConfig.properties by changing it to a folder that is already excluded or can be excluded.
