New Message Templates for Initial and Resolved Activity Notifications.

Hi,

 

I want to add two new Message Templates. One Message Template  for Initial Activity Notification(Open Incident) and one Message Template for Resolved Activity Notification(Resolved Incident).

 

I have already default notification rules for Initial and Resolved Activity Notifications with Site-defined Conditions, default Message Templates and a specific mail address as contact/recipient.

 

I would like the two new Message templates to be received only by a new mail address (as a new contact/recipient) and not by the already existed mail address of the default notification rules.

 

Should I create new notification rules with new site-defined Conditions in this matter? And if yes, how?
