  • 1.  Could not send files to server: Exception caught null

    A very simple whoami is being passed in command line acton, but when I run the process, it stucks at initialization stage..after few minutes I stop the process the read the error message as below

    Errors in Job.

    Could not send files to server <<machine name>>: Exception caught: null

     

    How can I resolve this?

        can you run other actions on the agent you are using ?

    Can you restart the agent , run the same test again and attach nolio_all.log and nimi.log from the agent?

    Does the agent and the server running the same version?
