Clarity

Hi, I'm working on with a sandbox of 14.4.0.1 to test it out. I included the PMO Accelerator Sample Data to see how this new version works. Everything seems to be working fine except from the fact i cannot get any date on the Capacity reports on Jaspersoft no matter what options I choose on the filter side. The other reports seem to be working fine.

Any ideas what I am missing here to get the appropiate data? I'm including screens.

Hi Juan,

Have you checked if you have met all the prerequisites for the report to return data? Have the Load Data Warehouse jobs run? Check out the full list of the prerequisites here for Capacity vs Allocation by OBS as example:

Hi Juan,

In 14.4, there are a few configuration changes to DWH and they need to be enabled for the reports to show up data. I am pretty sure without enabling this, you wont see data for Resource and Investment management reports but I havent tested for the other reports.

That was my exact problem. I was wondering why in 14.3 my reports were working fine but not here in 14.4.0.1.
