I would like to know if and how I can add the export button to customer interface in order to export the issues that they have?

I manage to create this adding the following in the iss list page.
<PDM_MACRO NAME=sfStart create=false button=false factory="iss" export=yes>
It's possible, if you customize the list page for the custom contact type to allow export (I think it's disabled by default).
According to the documentation i should have a macro like this <pdm_macro name=sfStart factory=nr export=yes>
(This is for call requests). Although this macro does not exist in any of my lists form.
Do you have something that can assist me on that?
