I am working on the snmpcollector 3.20, what is the difference between the static and dynamic alarm and which one should be use and when?
Thanks for all your help.

Let's say with an example. One time CPU Usage spike.
You get alarm through Static Alarm for one time CPU Usage spike, because threshold is based on actual value.
You MAY NOT get alarm through Dynamic Alarm for one time CPU Usage spike, because Dynamic Alarm threshold is based on baselines, rather than actual values.
Its up to what you would like. If you are not comfortable with Dynamic Alarm feature, remain to use Static Alarm.
