  • 1.  Using CA PPM for document tracking

    Is anyone using CA PPM to do document management and tracking?  For example, if a project artifact (charter, schedule, PMP, etc.) is loaded into CA PPM is it possible to use the system as a document manager?  Specifically, can it be set up to route the document for reviews and approvals?

     

    If so, any specifics on how to set this up would be appreciated.

    Hi Jeffrey. Yes, the CA PPM Process Engine can route documents for review and approval. The PMO Accelerator has an example Document Review process that an organization can use to base their document review processes off of. Here is a link to the documentation for this:
