"Live Chat" option in Analyst Interface - Support Automation

We are running on 14.1 Advanced Availability with Support Automation enabled. We can see a "Live Chat" option in the employee interface. Is there any way to bring that "Live Chat" option in the Analyst interface? Any OOTB option or customization to replicate the "Live Chat" option in Analyst Interface will help us to avoid an extra role adding for all the analysts and eventually to avoid a role switch for the analysts for a Live Chat assistance.
