CABI: Allow Users To Set Their Preferences Within Infoview ?

    Does anyone know how to enable the ability for users to set their preferences within Infoview?

     

    We are using Build Number: 1983  Product Version: 12.7.0.1983, sorry I've forgotten the CABI number reference, its the version that comes with SDM 12.9.

     

    Granting a group or specific user the 'Change user's preferences' right within the following didn't seem to work.

     

    Central Management Console -> Applications -> Infoview -> User Security -> Assign Security -> Advanced -> Add/Remove Rights -> Application/Infoview
